Instructional Programs
Instructional Programs
Instructional Programs are designed for individuals who want to learn a new skill, improve their technique, or build confidence in a structured and supportive environment. These programs provide a progressive learning experience, allowing participants to develop their abilities over time through consistent practice, expert guidance, and personalized feedback.
Classes are typically offered in a series format, ranging from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the subject matter, program goals, and instructional approach. Each session builds upon skills learned in previous classes, creating a comprehensive learning journey that helps participants achieve measurable growth and long-term success.
Whether you are a beginner exploring a new activity or someone looking to refine existing skills, Instructional Programs offer a welcoming setting to learn at your own pace while benefiting from the expertise of experienced instructors. Program topics may include fitness, wellness, recreation, sports, and specialized skill development opportunities, all designed to promote personal growth, confidence, and lifelong learning.
Instructional Program Registration Policies
To provide the best experience for all participants and instructors, please review the following registration and cancellation policies:
- Registration Deadline: Participants must register no later than the second week of the program, before registration officially closes.

- Programs cancelled by Recreation & Wellness Services will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation requests submitted before the first class meeting may be approved for a full refund.
- Participants who experience circumstances that prevent them from continuing the program may request a partial refund, subject to review and approval.
- Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Each instructional program must have a minimum of six registered participants by the second week of the program. Programs that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement may be cancelled.
