This training session is designed to equip participants with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to navigate emotional conversations successfully and professionally. Through interactive activities and practical exercises, participants will learn how to prepare for important conversations, anticipate and manage their own emotions, keep the conversation on-track, and maintain respectful and honest communication.
