All Kent State University online students should attempt to resolve complaints with the University before they contact their respective state agency. The Kent State University Policy Register entry on “Administrative policy and procedure for student academic complaint” describes the appropriate procedures. The Kent State University Office of Student Ombuds also provides information and assistance related to university policy, complaints, and grievances.
