Université Laval has 45,000 students, 15 elite sports teams, and a spacious campus (60% of which is beautiful green spaces and wooded areas). Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) is the airport closest to campus and is approximately 15 minutes away by car.
Local Transit
The best way to take in Québec’s atmosphere, quaint streets, and hidden treasures is on foot. Québec City is deemed the 9th most walkable large city in Canada, as well as having tourist (and student!) friendly public transportation.
Public transit, shuttles, and tour buses are some of the many options for visiting the main attractions and enjoying the magic of Québec City. The local bus network, Réseau de transport de la capitale (RTC), is an easy way to travel to most tourist attractions.
