EHHS Scholarships
The application window for EHHS Scholarships opens October 1, 2025, for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Students attending Summer 2026, Fall 2026, and Spring 2027 may now submit their 2026-2027 FAFSA.
Over 200 scholarships are available for students enrolled in the College of Education, Health and Human Services (EHHS). While not all scholarships are open every semester, a wide-range of opportunities exist with varying criteria such as financial need, academic merit, program specific, or activities and interests. The application window for the 2026-2027 award cycle (summer 2026, fall 2026, spring 2027) is now open. The submission deadline is February 15, 2026. Be aware that internal scholarships throughout Kent State University as well as opportunities external to KSU may still be available for 2025-2026. Kent State's ScholarshipUniverse is the search portal that helps match students to scholarships. To get started, you will need to complete a Student Profile. The questions asked will help match you to scholarships. While you do not have to answer all of these questions – the more you answer, the better your search results. In addition, ScholarshipUniverse is able to match students to external scholarship opportunities. Students will need to complete a separate application for each scholarship.
