May 4 Visitors Center Tours

This summer, visitors are invited to explore the history and legacy of May 4, 1970, at the May 4 Visitors Center. Located on the nationally designated historic site at Kent State University, the center features three permanent exhibit galleries that provide historical context, personal perspectives and insight into the national response and lasting impact of May 4. Guests also can experience the center’s award-winning film featuring original video, photographs and audio recordings from that day.
Summer hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., May 9-Aug. 23. Please visit the May 4 Visitors Center website for holiday closures and additional visitation information.
