Biography
Jeff Northup is the Director of Knowledge Management at Concentrix which delivers customer experiences for local and global brands across the world. Jeff received his Master of Science in Knowledge Management from Kent State in 2018 and uses that learning to set the KM strategy and lead the Concentrix CORE knowledge management team. Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Systems Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University. His career spans work in Information Technology, Project Management, Vendor Management, Contract Administration and Knowledge Management. He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with his family.
