Valerie Hilliard

I joined the Child Development Center in the fall of 2019 as an Associate Teacher, becoming the Lead Teacher in the fall of 2021. I have worked with children as young as infants through 5th grade. I have worked primarily in a traditional preschool setting, with experience in integrated preschool and primary programs as well. Throughout my career, I have realized that my true calling is working with preschool aged children. My philosophy when working with children and their families is to meet them where they are and together create a relationship that helps them reach their goals.
